What Personally Identifiable Information does Jade Range collect from me? Jade Range may collect certain information from and about its users three ways: directly from the user, from our Web server logs and with cookies.

Cookies: Jade Range Web Sites may use cookies (i.e., small bits of text that our servers place into a file on your computer's hard drive). This is used to:

How does Jade Range protect my information? If you register with a Jade Range site or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against both physical and electronically unauthorized access.

What is Jade Range's policy for allowing me to update, correct or delete my personally identifiable information?
You may change or update your personal information at any time. If you have questions or comments please call 714-961-2400.

If you have previously given consent to be contacted by Jade Range and no longer wish to be, please call the telephone number above requesting that we remove you from our list of consumers who receive correspondence from Jade Range.

Material Changes To Privacy Policy
In the event that Jade Rangematerially changes its privacy policy, it will notify individuals who use or visit its Web site by, for thirty (30) days after such change, placing a hyperlink on the front page of its Web sites (e.g. http://www.jaderange.com) titled "Changes to Privacy Policy" as a hyperlink with more details regarding the change.
